ST. MORITZ | ROMANTICA 16
The renovation of Romantica 16, a 36 m² studio apartment in the heart of St. Moritz with an impressive lake view, represented an exciting challenge for us, particularly in terms of achieving the desired result within the defined budget.
Starting from a 1970s apartment characterised by carpets and wallpaper, our task was to give the studio a completely new identity.
The goal was to transform the existing space into a modern, warm, and inviting residence that meets today’s standards while also being ideally suited for rental purposes.

All elements of the apartment were renewed: carpets, wallpaper, tiles, the bathroom, and the kitchen.
The existing space was reinterpreted and enhanced with warm larch wood flooring, custom designed bed furniture, elegant wood paneling in a Boiserie style, a completely new kitchen, and a bathroom featuring a travertine stone effect.

To give the studio an additional contemporary touch and create a brighter and more welcoming atmosphere, a suspended ceiling with four integrated lighting points was installed.
The greatest challenge was to achieve this design solution within a clearly defined and limited budget. To the great satisfaction of both our client and our team, we successfully achieved this goal.
